Pricing Details
The free version of Tune is accessible to everyone. The Pro plan is priced on a per-user, per-month basis.
With Tune Chat, enjoy unlimited chats, access to all models. You’ll also get full Tune Studio capabilities, and playground access. Deploy unlimited models, finetune an unlimited number of jobs, work with unlimited datasets, and efficiently manage teams.

For subscriptions, we currently accept only credit and debit cards. The supported card types include:
- American Express
- China UnionPay (CUP)
- Discover & Diners Club
- eftpos Australia
- Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)

Billing, Subscription and Cancellation Policies
If your subscription payment fails for any reason, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. This means you’ll retain access only to the basic features included in the free plan, with any additional features or allowances from your Pro subscription becoming unavailable.
Please be aware that the free plan has certain limitations, including a reduced number of chats, conversations, models, and API calls per month. To regain access to the pro features, simply update your payment information and resubscribe to your chosen plan.

To find your invoice for your — subscription purchases, follow these steps:
- Check Your Email Inbox: The invoice is sent to the email address associated with your account. Please check the inbox of this email account.
- Search for Tune AI Emails: If you can’t find the email in your inbox, search for emails from Tune AI or look in your spam/junk folder. The subject line should begin with Your receipt from Tune AI.
- Open the Email: Once you’ve located the email, open it to view your invoice. The invoice will detail the cost of your subscription and the date of your purchase.
If you’re unable to locate the email or if you didn’t receive an invoice, please reach out to our support team on our discord server for further assistance.
If you have any questions or feedback about our product or its features, please write us on our discord server. We’re here to help and will do our best to assist you.
If you’d prefer to cancel your subscription, please go to the Billing section under Settings in the profile dropdown.
We encourage you to share your reason for cancellation, as your feedback helps us improve our services. Our support team will handle your request and send a confirmation email once your subscription is canceled.
Please note that it may take a few days to complete the process. Also, if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, you may still be charged for the full cycle, but you’ll retain access to Pro features for the remainder of that period.
If you decide to cancel your Tune AI subscription, it’s important to note that your data will not be immediately deleted. You can still access your conversations.
Please ensure you have saved or backed up any important data or information elsewhere before you proceed with the cancellation.

Unfortunately, our policy does not allow for refunds in cases where subscriptions were not canceled. It’s important to actively manage your subscriptions to avoid unintended charges. While we understand oversights can happen, we recommend setting up reminders to regularly review your subscriptions.

If you come across any unusual activity on your Tune AI account, helping us investigate effectively requires the following details:
- Email Address: Please provide the email address linked to your Tune AI account. This helps us pinpoint and address the issue promptly.
- Detailed Description: Offer a thorough description of the problem you’re encountering. The more details you share, the quicker and more accurately we can resolve the issue.
- Overcharge Amount: If applicable, inform us of any overcharge amount. This assists us in rectifying billing discrepancies swiftly.
- Additional Information/Screenshots: Include any extra relevant information or screenshots related to the issue. These details significantly enhance our investigative process.
- Reporting Incidents: In cases involving financial fraud or identity theft, consider reporting to local law enforcement or your bank for additional assistance.
Remember, Tune AI will never request your password or sensitive information via email or any unofficial channels. Stay vigilant and exercise caution with any communication seeking such information.
For API Users : If you’re using the Tune AI API and suspect your API key may have been exposed, promptly regenerate and replace it in your API key settings for added security.
